Terms & conditions

All items from the order will be packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes and delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. Echoes in Space cannot be held responsible for shipping to any incorrect or incomplete addresses. Echoes in Space is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. If an item is damaged by the delivery company, you will need to lodge a claim with them.

Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page.

We try to keep our stock-list up to date at all times. In case of any discrepancies, we will make our best effort to keep customers informed and resolve any issues immediately. 

For payments made by PayPal - in case of refund requests, PayPal fees will not be included. 

We accept payment by Stripe, Visa / Mastercard & PayPal. We consider a sale complete once the funds appear in Echoes in Space's bank account. 

The completed order will be shipped as soon as possible.

We ship orders containing pre-orders once they are complete. If you wish to receive an order available in stock immediately, please separate your pre-orders.
